Refund policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (If available in your area) 

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (If available in your area) 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: AJAY CO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: AJAY CO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Exchange Policy

30-Day Exchange Window: You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for an exchange:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Process for Exchanges:

Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your item.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your exchange.

If your exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you with buyer paying shipping cost.
